we strongly believe in the importance of locally sourced and responsibly raised meats, seafood, and produce. We have been working closely with local farms to provide us with fresh, wholesome ingredients which we will transform in our dishes from scratch. We also strive to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible. We plan to save our fryer oil for farmers to run their waste oil heaters in their greenhouses, we will be giving our extra produce trimmings from the kitchen for compost, as well as utilizing either recycled, compostable or recyclable products whenever possible. We value a strong community and building quality relationships with our guests to ensure they have the best experience possible and leave feeling more like family. We are excited to be joining the already bustling downtown Hudson area where we plan to create a neighborhood atmosphere offering brunch and dinner daily.
